Jorge Boutellier Muñoz, CIF 34007550A (hereinafter referred to as Time Gain Advisors - hereinafter TGA -, with registered office at Av. de Francia, C/Noruega 36, Jerez de la Frontera, CP 11.408 Cádiz, Telephone (+34) 630.251.138, INFORMS CLIENTS AND USERS that these provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service.
Access to the website is free except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the service provider contracted by the users. Mere access to the page does not imply the establishment of a relationship between TGA and the User. The legal, tax or other professional services provided by the firm generally have the price indicated in the corresponding professional engagement letter signed by both parties or provided with authorized signatures and are not provided through the Internet portal service.
The use of the portal attributes the status of user and implies acceptance of the conditions included in this notice, which must be reviewed by careful reading each time the Internet portal service is accessed, as constant changes in information and communication technologies (ICT) may result in changes in content and effects.
Some Portal services may also be subject to general terms and conditions of contracting, specific conditions, laws, regulations and instructions which, where applicable, replace, complete, supplement and/or modify this Legal Notice and must be accepted by the User. Notwithstanding the above, the rules governing or that could affect the professional activity of the firm include the Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on services of the information society and electronic commerce; Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Conditions of Contracting; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
- Portal use conditions.-
The User undertakes to make responsible and appropriate use of the portal in accordance with the laws and this document, and shall be liable to TGA or third parties for any damages that may arise as a result of a breach of such obligation. The User shall refrain from reproducing contents contained on the portal, with the legal exceptions or when TGA authorizes it. The use of the Portal for illegal purposes or that prejudice the property and interests of TGA or third parties, or that cause damage to TGA's networks, servers, equipment and computer applications by any means, is prohibited. If a user introduces links from their own web addresses to this portal, they must do so in accordance with the rules contained herein and those of general application, and may not claim ignorance of the Laws and resulting responsibilities. Any use of any distinctive sign, name, trademark or set of identifying elements of TGA is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorized by its owner, as well as the domain or domains managed and protected through ICANN and the Public Business Entity Red.es - Additional Provision 6 Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce-. Any link to TGA's website may not reproduce or use any of its contents, make statements that are false or affect the prestige, reputation and good name of the Firm or any of its members, clients or the quality of its services. The page or user that establishes a link must respect the Law or may not join, assimilate or identify TGA with its own or third-party contents that violate the law or are illegal or that give a false or distorted image of TGA.

No. 2091470794, and that said person may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, claim, and opposition provided for in the regulations at any time. The automated data processing is subject to the corresponding security measures and has been designed for the maintenance of contractual relationships with the clients of the firm for the performance of its own activities, and said person may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, claim, and opposition provided for in the Law, by addressing the office located on Calle Noruega 36 in the town of Jerez de la Frontera, CP 11.408 Cádiz.
Protection of personal data: Jorge Boutellier Muñoz, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, and Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data to the extent that it does not contradict the former, informs the client that the data provided is eligible for inclusion in an automated data file of this Firm, which has the registration code to AEPD N º. 2091470794. Any person, at any time, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, claim, and opposition provided for in the regulations, by addressing the office located on Calle Noruega nº 36 Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz CP 11,408.
